摘要
根据随机载荷谱作用下复杂构件危险部位疲劳裂纹扩展速率的随机特性,采用同步跟踪自校验算法,建立了用于复杂构件疲劳裂纹扩展寿命预测的概率模型。采用该模型用Monte-Carlo有限元混合方法做了多钉多层板复杂接头疲劳裂纹扩展寿命计算机仿真试验,给出了该构件疲劳全寿命分布规律。
In the case of random spectrum loading, the significant statisticant variations of crack propa-gation rates of the complex joints need to be accounted for. By means of synchro-track self-rectification algorithm. a probabilistic model for predicting propagation life distribution of fatigue caracks in a complex component is suggested. According to this model, a computer simulation experiment is made on the progp-agation life of fatigue cracks in the complex joint with multi-fastener and multi-plate using Monte Carlo finite element mixed technique, and the corresponding fatigue life distribution of the component is ob-tained.
