摘要
由固体技术和酶固定化方法制造葡萄糖酶微型传感元件。这些元件是固化酶膜的场效应晶体管和化学薄膜电极。通过测定,给出微型传感元件的某些特性。实验指出,在36℃、pH为7的0.01M磷酸盐缓冲液中,对葡萄糖的测定范围是100~750mg/L,灵敏度为8mv/pk。
An enzyme microsensor for glucose fabricated by the solid state technology and an enzyme immobilization method. They are enzyme immobilized FETS and chemical film electrodes. Some characteristics of the microsensors are presented. It was found that the glucose concentrations in the range from 100 to 750 mg/L can be detected with the sensitivities of 8mV/PK at 36℃ in 0.01 mol. phosphate buffer of pH 7.0.
