摘要
本文用超声加工的方法分别在玻璃、陶瓷、玛瑙和某些玉石上做了小孔加工方面的探讨,对影响生产率的一些因素进行了研究,结果表明,在玛瑙上用超声打孔要比用机械研磨生产率提高近十倍.此外,本文还就加工过程中使用的工具——变幅杆的参数进行了一些探讨.
In this paper,some research works of the ultrasonic machining of little hole on the materials of glass,ceramics,agate and some kinds of jade were presented. Arid the study of the machining parameters which influence productivity are given here.The productivity of the ultrasonic machining is ten times higher than that of the traditional one,during the machining of agate.Besides all above,some other parameters of the tool used in the ultrasonic machining system have been also tested.
