摘要
根据国家有关科技论文的写作规则和本刊编辑部对文稿的要求,就论文的基本结构、图表的设计、写作中应注意的问题等作了简要的论述。
In this paper the basic structure of the article, design of figures and tables and some points for attention in writing are briefly dealt with in accordance with the related regulations concerning writing of scientific and technical articles specified by the state and the requirements for manuscripts advanced by the Editorial Board of the Journal.
