摘要
本文以通常的结构静力分析方法推导了椭圆形截面管受内压作用时沿环向各截面的附加弯矩公式,并用数值积分求出了管中各截面上的环向应力,与有限元方法得到的结果比较,两者非常接近。文中绘制了危险点应力随椭圆度a,长轴半径a和管壁厚t而变化的关系曲线。计算结果表明,随椭圆度的增加,管内危险.6.的应力迅速增加,是造成管道破坏的主要因素。
The bending moment compunctional formulas for each section of elliptic section bend pipe arededuced by using the method of strutural static analysis and the ring tension stress of the section arecalculated with the numerical integration in this paper. The computing results are very closed to theones calculated by the FEM. The relation curve of which stress at danger point changes with ellipticitya, prolate axis radius a and thickness of the pipe t are drawn up. The results shown that the stress atdanger point of the pipe rises dramatically with ellipticity increasing, which is the main cause of pipedamage.
