锡—铅合金的热力学性质研究

摘要 本研究根据 Langmuir 原理,通过一套由真空室,加热器,控测温系统,真空获得和测量系统,气体净化系统组成的设备,测量了纯铅和锡铅合金中铅的蒸气压,得到了在实验溫度下铝的活度 A_(pb)和活度系数γ_(pb),通过数学处理方法,还得到了锡铅合金的另一组元锡的活度 a_(sn)和γ_(sn),文中还导出了 Sn-pb 系的偏摩尔溶解热,过剩偏摩尔自由焓,过剩自由焓,过剩熵,过剩焓及混合函数的经验公式. In this paper,Langmuir's principle of measuring the vapor pressure was the basis for making the experiment.An experiment apparatus that consists of vacuum chamber,heater,system of controlling and measuring temperature,of producing and measuring vacuum and of gas cleaning was used to measure vapor pressure of pure lead and the lead in lead-tin alloys.The activities and their coefficients of lead in lead-tin alloys have been calculated.By means of regression analysis,the activities and their coefficients of tin in lead-tin alloys have been obtained.The expressions of partial molar enthalph,the partial molar excess free energy,excess free energy,excess enthalph and integral function of this system are presented as well in this papre.
