摘要
本文从量子电动力学理论出发,利用可精确求解的 Jaynes—Cummings 模型,研究弱自发辐射情况下单模激光的光子统计.首先建立了一般形式的主方程,然后根据细致平衡原理得到了稳态光子数分布,进而对归一化二阶矩随泵浦参量的变化进行了数值计算。结果表明,在一定的条件下可能出现亚泊松光子统计。本文还对平均光子数随泵浦参量的变化以及光子几率随光子数的变化进行了详细的讨论.
Starting with quantum electrodynamical theory,we investigate photon statistics for later with weak spontaneous emission by the use of the exactly soluble Jaynes- Cummings model.We set up a general master equation,and then obtain the steady- state photon-number distribution according to the principles of the detailed balance. Furthermore,the variation of the normalized second moment with pump parameter is calculated numerically.Our results show that sub-Poisson photon statistics is possible under certain conditions.In addition,both variation of the average photon-number with pump parameter and variation of photon probablity with the photon-number are discussed in detail.
