试论依法治村

On Ruler of Law in Villages

依法治国是我国的治国方略 ,但我国广大农村由于种种原因 ,仍然是我国法治建设的薄弱环节。因此 ,若实现依法治国 ,必须首先实现依法治农、依法治村。即应从立法、执法、守法和法律监督四个环节上下功夫 ,建立健全村规民约 (或村民自治章程 ) ,促进村民自我管理 ,并同农村其他工作相结合 。

Ruler of law in nation is a policy in our country.But account of many reasons in villages of our country,the construction of law is a weak link.Therefore,if we realize ruler of law in nation,We should put in time and energy in the four links----legislation,enforcing law,abiding law and supervision,should establish regulations in villages,should prompt villagers self-administration,should integrate with the other work and form join forces.
