摘要
提出了一个描述热处理炉三维非线性温度场的有限元模型 ,该模型综合考虑了辐射、材料热物性参数和边界条件等复杂因素。根据此模型 ,使用大型非线性有限元软件 MARC对 72 k W井式渗碳炉进行模拟计算 ,计算机模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好。由此提供了一种良好的热处理炉虚拟生产手段 ,可作为智能热处理
This paper presents a finite element model for describing the temperature field of heat treatment furnaces. In the model, such complicated nonlinear factors as boundary conditions, physical properties and radiation etc. are considered. Based on the model, the three dimensional nonlinear FEM analysis system MARC is used to simulate the temperature field of 72 kW pit-type carburizing furnace, where an incremental iteration method is also used. The computer simulation results are well consistent with those of measurements. The work provides an excellent method for the virtual operatioin of heat treatment furnaces. It may become one of the core technologies of intelligent heat treatments.
