摘要
以 S厂铝卷退火炉为研究对象 ,建立了强制循环式热处理炉的数学模型。计算时将其复杂的加热过程划分为定热流和恒温过程两个阶段。分别采用不同的处理方法 ,由两个阶段的组合模拟出整个加热过程。本模型主要包括料卷、炉墙等几个小模型。用差分方法得到料卷非稳态导热的高离散化线性方程组 ,并采用“逐线迭代法”进行求解。多层炉墙一维传热不同材料的相邻结点间采用“调和平均”法处理。该模型计算得到的料卷温度分布与实际给定及操作曲线相吻合 。
The mathematic model for the heat-treatment furnace with forced circulation is set up,taking Al-roll annealing furnace as its background.In the model,the complex heating process is divided into two stages(constant thermal flow and constant temperature) dealt with respectively by different methods,then the whole heating process can be simulated.This model mainly includes several small models for Al-roll and furnace wall etc..By use of the finite difference method,the dispersed linear equations of nonsteady conduction for Al-roll is obtained. The compromised average method is used botween the adjacent joint surfaces of different materials for multi-layer furnace wall.The model is suitable to the low temperature heat-treatment furnace with forced convection,the temperature distribution of Al-roll from the model is in agreement with practical one.
