Acclerate the Teaching Reform,Foster Administrative Talents ——Probe of Problems and Improving Measures in Case Application Teaching in Gansu Province

案例教学是工商管理高等教育改革的重要环节 ,而甘肃省目前在实施工商管理案例教学中还存在着四大问题 ,它们是 :案例教学的地位还未明确确立 ,案例库还未建立 ,教师从事案例教学的实务基础还不充实 ,学生还不适应案例教学。树立正确的教育指导思想 ,建立鼓励案例教学的管理制度 ,形成教学、科研。

A case application is important part in the reform of Industrial and Commercial Management high education.There remain four main problems in this aspect in Gansu.Firstly,the position of a case application in tecching is not defined;secondly,there is no collection of applications;thirdly,the teachers don't have enough practical experiences in case application teaching;fourthly,students can't fully accept the teaching method in teaching.In solving these problems,the right guiding principle and serious policies should be set and encouraged so that the reasonable system of teaching,research and practicing can be formed.
