摘要
加强财务管理是推进高校改革和发展的关键措施。本文通过调研并结合从事财务管理工作的实践 ,对如何进一步加强高校财务管理 ,同时 ,建立合理的分配机制 。
Strict financial management is key issue in pushing reform and development in colleges.Based on his research and practice in this line,the author elaborates on measures of strengthening financial control,establishing a sound system of distribution,and encouraging lawful efforts to raise fund for education.
