摘要
银行业人力资本投资问题 ,是现代银行管理的重要问题。本文在对此问题进行探析的基础上 ,还就银行业如何优化人力资本投资提出了几点设想。
The banking human capital investment is an improtant problem in modern banking management.On the basis of exploring this issue,this article also comes up with some ideas about how to optimize the human capital investment.
