略论企业技术创新的前提条件

On the Premise Condition of the Enterprises' Technological Innovation

以往的研究对技术创新和制度创新关系的认识有技术决定论、制度决定论和经济决定论之分 ,对此若进行新的探讨 ,可以将二者关系归纳为分层决定论、交错决定论和相互决定论。企业的技术创新应以一系列的制度安排为前提 ,特别是企业环境前提、公司结构前提、R&D前提和企业家前提。

There was a notion that in researching the relationship between technology innovation and system innovation there exist three kinds of decisions,they are technology decision,system decision and economy decision.When a new exploration is made,the relationship of them can be concluded as stratum decision, cross decision and mutual decision.The enterprises' technology innovation should be executed with a series of system arrangement as the premise,especially the enterprise's environment premise,the corporation structure premise,the R&D premise and the entrepreneur premise.
