本文介绍了一种采用国产原材料生产高强度铝合金叶轮的石膏型精密铸造技术,利用这种方法可以制得表面质量、内部质量和力学性能要求较高的叶轮.推广应用此种工艺方法可获得很好的技术经济效益.

A plaster mould casting technique manufacturing high-strength aluminium alloy impellers by home-made raw materials is introduced in this paper.This te- chnique can be used for manufacturing impellers that have good surface finish, good metallurgical quality and high mechanical properties.Commercial uses in large quantity of this technique can obtain great techanical and economic profits.
