Double Structural Contradictions That Face China's Economy in 1990's and Its Way Out

在治理整顿中进入90年代的中国经济,将面临双重结构矛盾,即生产与消费错位的结构矛盾和生产过程中基础产业与加工产业的结构矛盾。如果这双重结构矛盾得不到缓解,90年代中国经济的前景不容乐观,甚至会影响我国经济顺利进入21世纪。本文针对上述结构矛盾中一些尚存争议的问题谈谈笔者的认识,以供参考。

There are two structural contradictions in China's economy in 1990's. One is between production and consumption, and the other is between infrastructure and processing sector. If these two contradictions could not bave been sulved, China's economy would be affected seriously. Furthermore, they would affect-China's economy moving into the 21st century smoothly.
