论旅游环境承载力──持续发展旅游的判据之一

STUDY ON THE TOURIST ENVIONMENTAL BEARING CAPACITY

正确判断人类旅游经济行为是否与旅游资源、环境条件相匹配，是实现持续发展旅游的前提。本文作者提出了初步判断旅游经济与环境是否协调、是否持续发展的理论和指标──旅游环境承载力，给出了它的定义、特征、组成体系及技术实现途径。

The premise of realizing the sustained development of tourism is to correctly judge whether the people's tourist actions are in harmony with the tourist resources and environment. In this paper, the anthor puts forward a new tentation theory and index──the tourist environmental bearing capacity(TEBC), which can judge whether the tourism economy is in harmory with its environment, and whether the tourism is sustained development or not. At the end, the definition, nature, system of structure and the achieved ways of techology are gived.
