股份制是当今中国社会的一大热点,随着改革开放的进一步深入,股份制试点的范围将不断扩大。企业实行股份制,是企业的组织创新,实质上是企业产权制度的一种根本性变革,因为一定的企业组织形式,不过是相应产权制度的结构安排。

To practise the stock system in state enterprises it not only suitable to socialized commodity economy but is feasible. The property structure of enterprise of stock system no longer possesses the only quality of private ownership of stock holder and become typical 'collective property structure'. The firm's share represents the changeable collective property, which guarantee the arrangement of important system about corporation effeciency. As the stock list reflects the situation of firms operation, changeable stock becomes a barometer of the operation. On the other hand, property scattering among thousands and thousands of stockers now can gurrantee it by democratic process.This makes the segregation of property and management work. It is out of resason for some one to worry about that stock system will change the character of socialism.
