摘要
本文对一种螺旋桨的气动力设计特点先作了分析。在这基础上又根据当前螺旋桨技术的发展新水平提出了改型设计争取达到的指标。在总体设计中确定了翼型选择、桨叶平面形状、直径以及厚度分布等重要参数。介绍了优化设计原理主方案筛选。根据新、旧桨缩尺模型的风洞对比实验结果可知 ,设计是完全成功的。新桨的静拉力和起飞爬高效率各比原桨提高 13.8%和8.76 %。巡航效率和噪声性能亦有所改进。均超过了预期指标。
The aerodynamic design features of the propeller have been analysed at first.According to the analytical results and the modern advancements in propeller technology,the specifications of its expected modification have been proposed.In its overall design the important parameters have been determined.The principles of optimization and the version selection are outlined.From the comparison between the wind tunnel testing results of both scaled models of the propeller and its modification,it is concluded that the modification is a great success.Its static thrust and takeoff climb efficiency are increased by 13 8% and 8 76% respectively.Its cruise efficiency and noise level are also slightly improved.All they exceed the expected ones.
