Immunosuppressants isolated from a Phoma sp. 299 Ⅲ. Studies on SIPI-299-S and 299-T

改变茎点霉 2 99的发酵条件 ,从 2 99的发酵液和菌丝体的乙酸乙酯萃取物中又分离得到两个开环的 trichothecenes类化合物 2 99- S和 2 99- T。经光谱分析 (UV、FAB、1 H- NMR、1 3C- NMR- DEPT、IR、[α]) ,证实它们分别为 isotrichoverrin B和 isotrichoverrol B。在酵母模型中 ,它们均显示较强的免疫抑制活性。

Isotrichoverrol B, a C 23 simple trichothecene and isotrichoverrin B, a C 29 simple trichothecene have been isolated from the culture of Phoma sp. 299 under modified fermentation condition. In the Saccharomyces model, the two compounds show moderate immunosuppressive activity.
