摘要
老年人心律失常为老年人常见病 ,均发生于器质性心脏病。源于冠心病者占绝对多数 ,属中医“心悸、胸痹”范畴。从益气养阴、活血化瘀着手组方 ,临床用自拟中药煎服治疗 ,总有效率为 86 .4% 。
Old patients' arrhythmic disease is common disease in the older.It all derives from organic heart diseases,especially from coronial heart disease,and belongs to the realms of 'palpitation or chest pain'.In clinic,made from increasing energy with nourishing yin and activating circulation with expelling stagnant,the decoction treats it and has a good effect.The all effective rate is 86.4%.
