中医药辨证配合西医常规治疗颅脑损伤38例

38 Cases of Brain Injury Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine after Syndrome Differentiation Integrated with Western Medicine

总结 38例颅脑损伤的中医药治疗经验 ,认为痰热蒙窍、腑气不通是其主要病机及证型。清热化痰、通腑泄热、开窍醒神是其主要治疗方法。中医药治疗能有效地退热、化痰、通便和促醒 ,促进神经功能的恢复 。

The experience on 38 cases of brain injury treated by TCM was summed up.The results showed that the main pathogenesis and types were mind confused by phlegm-heat and constipation,resolving phlegm to induce resuscitation and removing heat by catharsis were the main methods of treatment.TCM has the effects of removing heat and phlegm,of catharsis and inducing resuscitation,so it should be paid much more attention at the early stage in the treatment of brain injury.
