摘要
文介绍了大型双排六工位级进模的设计。以生产批量和被加工零件的工艺性为依据,将落料、冲孔、拉深、弯曲、翻边等多工序组合在一起,适用于大批量及较大冲压件的高效、自动化生产线的需要。
The design of two-row and six-position progressive die is introduced in this paper. The idea is to combine the processes of blank lay-out, punching, drawing, bending and tumbling into one die according to production quantity and technical requirements of work-piece, so as to meet the need of effieient and automatic production line which is used to form larger size work-pieces.
