摘要
研究 9个Ag (Ⅰ )与双螯合六氮杂环希夫碱 (L)配合物的体外抗肿瘤活性 .结果显示 9个配合物对癌细胞生长都有较强的抑制作用 .其生物活性的大小可能与配合物单元中Ag (Ⅰ )原子的多少及其空间位阻有关 .
Nine silver(Ⅰ) complexes (1~9) of macrocyclic Schiff base (L) with different anions have been prepared and structurally characterized, where L is a hexaaza_macrocyclic Schiff base derived from the [2=2]condensation of terephthalaldehyde and 3\|azapentane\|1,5\|diamine.The results of activity assay indicated that 1~9 strongly inhibit the growth of several human solid carcinoma cell lines. Their anti\|tumor activities are possibly related to the amount and the emplacement of Ag(Ⅰ) in the complexes.
