摘要
筛选胎儿心脏文库时发现一个新cDNA ,Genbank搜索和BLAST表明该新cDNA和蛋白激酶A锚定蛋白AKAP95有 71 %的蛋白质相似性 ,且在 3′端存在一个锌指结构和AKAP基因特有的RII结合区域 ,因此初步判定该新cDNA为一种AKAP基因 ;该cDNA和人类 1 9号染色体的一段区域相同 ,HGP计划标明在cos midR3 3 90 7和cosmidF2 0 90 0上 ,而该两粘粒定位在 1 9号染色体的q1 3 1处 ,因此将该新基因定位于人第 1 9号染色体的q1 3 1处 ,并且同AKAP95相邻 .
A novel cDNA was discovered through the screening of a human fetal heart library Genbank searching and blasting suggested that the cDNA sequence probably encodes a novel protein belonging to A-Kinase Anchoring Protein (AKAP) family and its predicted protein sequence shows 71% similarity with AKAP95 RII-binding site in its 3' terminal was also found by Blasting with Genbank database The sequence was found to be included in Cosmid R33907 and F20900 originated from Q13 1 locus in Chromosome 19, suggesting that this gene locate in Q13 1 on Chromosome 19 and interestingly neighbore with AKAP95
