电子凸轮是根据机械凸轮的原理设计的，由控制器、位置传感器、联接电缆组成，与 PLC及各种传感器配合使用可使生产设备的自动化程度显著提高。它具有角度设置方便、功能多、体积小等特点。本文以 NSD公司生产的 VS－ 5E系列为例介绍电子凸轮的硬件组成、功能和主要性能参数，并给出了它在生产应用中的实例及相关的 PLC程序。

Electronic Rotary Cam Switch is based on mechanical cam switch,consist of controller,position sensor and cable.it is used with PLC,various of sensors to improve the automatic level of production equipment.It has the features of angel designate easily,variety of functions,small size.Here we introduce the hardwares、 functions、 main values based on the VS－ 5E series of NSD、 application in production and the program of PLC.
