本文根据端面齿分度盘在对研过程中的特点,针对其表面形貌进行了试研、观测和分析研究,旨在揭示端齿对研所特有的机理及其表面形貌的构成方式,并进而阐述它与分度精度的关系及用以提高精研效率的有效方法。

The appearance of end tooth index disc was visualized and analysed after its match lapping, in order to understand the special mechanism in end tooth match lapping and their surface conditions. The relationship between end teeth and index accuracy and the way to improve fine lapping efficiency are discussed.
