摘要
本文详细说明了Ti-22钛合金干涉型螺栓的研制过程及技术特点,介绍了该种螺栓在飞机上的应用情况。试验证明,Ti-22螺栓同国外同类产品技术水平相当,代替目前使用的钢螺栓可减轻飞机重量,值得推广。
The development and technical features of Ti-22 titanium bolt with interference and their applications in aircraft assembly are described. The tests show that the technical level of Ti-22 bolt has obtained the same level of the similar bolts made abroad. This Ti-22 bolt can be used to replace the steel ones for the purpose of reducing the weight of aircraft.
