摘要 为了解决目前大多数过程建模方法都不能够充分满足BPR需要的问题 ,应用工作流技术 ,提出了一种附带有过程语义字典的工作流扩展模型 .同传统的建模方法相比 ,工作流扩展模型进一步丰富了过程的语义属性 ,它不仅满足BPR对流程进行规范化描述的需要 ,而且还具有描述并发、冲突、同步等复杂关系的能力 .同时 ,它还提供了基于相似性和耦合性的过程分析技术 ,从而为实现过程的重组提供了重要依据 .最后 ,通过一个应用实例对模型进行了验证 . There are many methods of process modeling for BPR currently, such as process flowcharting, role activity diagramming, IDEF, event process chain, Petri net, etc. But all of these can't fully satisfy the need of BPR modeling. The workflow technology is adopted. An extended workflow model with process semantic dictionary on the basis of reference workflow model provided by Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC), and its application to process modeling are presented. Subsequently, the extended model is used to analyze business processes according to similarity of activities in single process and coupling of organization units between different processes. And reengineering methods based on the results of analysis are also introduced. At last, an example is used to verify this model.
