摘要
采用垂直板型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定了不同纬度地区桐花树种群的遗传多样性和遗传分化 .桐花树种群维持有较高的遗传变异性 ,观察杂合度为 0 2 51,期望杂合度为 0 197.种群间遗传分化系数较小为GST=0 .2 15,表明总的遗传变异中有 2 1 5%来自种群间 .种群间遗传距离和遗传一致度均值分别为 0 0 93和 0 912 ,基因流较小 ,Nm =0 .887.研究还发现纬度为2 2°N的深圳福田种群、 2 1°N的广西英罗湾种群的遗传变异要高于纬度为 19°N的海南东寨港种群和 2 4°N的高纬度的福建浮宫种群 .
Genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of A.corniculatum populations in different latitudes were investigated by using the assay of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that relatively high level of genetic diversity was maintained.the Observed heterozygosities were 0.251,and the expected heterozygosity were 0.197.The coefficient of gene differentiation between populations was low, G ST =0.215,which showed that 21.5% of total heterozygosity came from inter population.The mean genetic distance and mean genetic identity between populations were 0.093 and 0.912 respectively.Gene flow was low, Nm =0.887.The research indicated that the genetic variation in latitudes (22°N,21°N) were higher than that in latitude(19°N) and latitude(24°N).
