ONLINE METHOD OF MEASURING AMMONIA-NITROGE IN THE OCEAN USING THREE-ELECTRODE COMBINED PROBE

介绍一种在海洋中在线测量氨氮含量的检测方法 ,同时测量出 p NH3、p H及温度 T,求得海水中氨与铵离子共存的比例 ,即氨的离解度 [NH3]/ [NH+ 4]进而得到总氨、氨氮及铵氮含量 .还介绍了作者研制的由 p NH3、p H和温度 T电极集成的复合探头 .实验结果表明p NH3的测量精度为 p NH3± 0 .0 3,[NH3- N]及 [NH+ 4- N]精度相对误差 10 %

An online method of measuring ammonia-N concentration in the ocean is presented in the paper.Using this method such parameters as pNH 3,pH and water temperature T can be measured simultaneously;then the dissociation of Ammonia, [NH 3]/[NH + 4],is calculated then;and finally [NH 3], and are all obtained.The three-electrode combined probe,NH 3/pH/T,developed in our lab is used in this measurement.The results show that the accuracy of pNH 3 is pNH 3±0.03,and the relative error of and is less than 10%.
