摘要
为分析引起复合材料多层板自由边沿效应与端部效应的物理因素 ,分别研究了弹性模量、泊松比和上下两层材料主轴方向夹角对自由边沿效应的影响 ,给出了相应的三维有限元层间应力解及其三维分布图 .结果表明 ,弹性模量和上下两层材料主轴方向夹角使层合板上下两层变形不一致 ,引起多层板自由边沿效应与端部效应 。
To study the edge effects of fiber-enforced composite laminates under uniform axial strain,influences of elastic modulus,Poisson ratio and the angle between the material axes of the two adjacent layers on the stress distribution are analyzed.The three-dimensional finite element interlaminar stress solutions of cross-ply and angle-ply laminates and their three dimensional distrrbution-plots are presented.The results demonstrate that the elastic modulus and angle of the adjacent material axes are direct elements of edge effects of the composite laminates.Furthermore,Poisson ratio is the elementary cause of these phenomena.
