ANALYSIS OF THE PROPERTY AND DEFAULT OF THE L4 INDUSTRIAL PURIFIED ALUMINUM JOINT BY THE CAPACITOR DISCHARGE BUTT WELDING PROCESS

在大量实验的基础上 ,研究了 L 4工业纯铝的电容储能对焊接头的性能和缺陷 .结果表明 ,焊接工艺恰当时焊接接头的性能优良 .同时分析了可能出现的缺陷 。

With a large quantity of experiments,the property and default of the L4 industrial purified aluminum joint by the CDBW process are analyzed.As a result,a favorable joint can be obtained if the welding parameters are suitable.Meanwhile,the variable defaults of the joint are analyzed and the interrelated solutions are given.
