Composition Analyses of Microelements and Amino Acids in Sheep Placenta Living Cell Extract

通过ICP和HPLC对羊胎盘活细胞素的微量元素和氨基酸组成进行了定量分析 ,证明它含有 14种微量元素 ,其中 8种是人体必需的微量元素 ;含有 16种氨基酸 ,其中必需氨基酸 7种 ,约占总氨基酸的 33 .5 % .表明羊胎盘活细胞素的有效成分种类齐全 ,含量高 ,具有良好的营养价值 ,值得进一步开发应用 .

The composition of microelements and amino acids in Sheep Placenta Living Cell Extract was analyzed by ICP and HPLC.The study showed that it contains 14 kinds of minor elements which include 8 human necessary ones,and 16 kinds of amino acids, 7 of which are human necessary , occupying 33.50% of total amino acids.All of these indicated that the effective composition of Sheep Placenta Living Cell Extract is comprehensive and its concentration is high. Sheep Placenta Living Cell Extract has good nutritive value and is worth of exploiting.
