摘要 为探讨FSH对人腔前卵泡体外生长的影响 ,为此通过在培养液中加入不同浓度的FSH ,观察卵泡存活天数和卵泡发育增大 ,并测定卵泡E2 的分泌量 .结果发现 :卵泡体外存活天数 :对照组 (无FSH)为 2 .80± 1.6 9d ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组 (FSH浓度为 0 .5IU/mL、1.0IU/mL、2 .0IU/mL)分别为 5 .36± 0 .6 3、5 .47± 2 .5 0、8.13± 4.19d ,与对照组相比 ,分别为P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 0 1.卵泡增大比率 :对照组为 2 0 .0 0 % ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别为 35 .70 %、6 0 .0 0 %、81.2 5 % ,与对照组相比分别为P >0 .0 5、P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1.E2 分泌量 :对照组为 49.94± 2 0 .91pg/mL ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别为 10 8.6 3± 41.0 6、315 .5 3± 93.39、438.2 4± 187.6 1pg/mL .对照组与Ⅰ组相比 ,P <0 .0 0 1;Ⅰ与Ⅱ组相比 ,P <0 .0 0 1;Ⅱ与Ⅲ组相比 ,P <0 .0 5 .可见FSH能使卵泡体外存活天数延长 ,卵泡发育增大 ,卵泡E2 分泌增加 ,并大致呈正相关关系 . To investigate the effect of FSH on the growth of human preantral follicles cultured in vitro.FSH with different concentrations was added to the medium.The survival time and growth of follicles were observed and the levels of E 2 was measured.The survival time of follicles cultured in vitro were 2.80±1.69 days for the control group ,5.36±0.63,5.47±2.50 and 8.13±4.19 days forⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ groups with FSH 0.5*#IU/mL,1.0*#IU/mL and 2.0*#IU/mL respectively. Compared with control group,the statistics test results were P<0.05,P<0.01 and P<0.001 respectively.The rates of follicular diameter increasing were 20.00% for the control group,35.71%,60.00% and 81.25% forⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ groups respectively.Compared with control group,the statistics test results were P>0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively.The amount of E 2 secreted by follicles were 49.94±20.91*#pg/mL for control group, 108.63±41.06 ,315.53±93.39 ,438.24±187.61*#pg/mL for Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups respectively.The statistics test results were P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.05 between control and Ⅰ groups,Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups respectively.By adding FSH,the survival time of follicles cultured in vitro was lengthened and the follicles were growing larger.The secretion of E 2 was increased.The relation between them was approximately positive correlative.
