Application of Trend Analysis on Jiangsu Coast

沉积物粒度数据除了可以用来识别沉积环境的类型和判定物质运动方式 ,还可用于沉积环境中沉积物输运格局的研究 .Gao&Collins模型方法曾在一些沉积环境 ,如欧洲北海潮流沙脊、法国西部沙质海岸 ,得到了较为成功的应用 ,本文将之运用于江苏省细颗粒的潮滩 ,取得了良好的效果 .

Grain size parameters have been used to identify the type of the sedimentary environments and the pattern of sediment transport.Furfer,spatial changes in the parameters contain information on net sediment transport pathways.We apply Gao&collions′ model,which are based on the grain size parameters changing with space,in Jiangsu tidal flat,and acquire good effect.And find:(1)this method can be applied in Jiangsu tidal flat;(2):in the interaction flat of dam and throughflow,sediment transport is effected by the above factors.
