菜籽粕中蛋白质含量及提取条件的研究

The Study of the Protein Content and Extract Condition of Dregs of Rape

通过对地处青藏高原湟中县脑山地区菜籽粕中蛋白质含量的测定及提取条件研究表明 ,pH =10 5的碱性条件是提取蛋白质较适宜的环境 ,其中可消化的蛋白质可达 37 5 6 % ,所提取蛋白质可达 18 96 % .

The protein content and extract condition of dregs of rape in remote mountains region of Qinghai-Tibet plateau were studied.The results showed:The medium condition of extract protein is alkaline of pH=5.The content of digestible protein is 37 56% and extracted protein is 18 96%.
