安尔碘冲洗消毒根管即刻充填疗效观察

Clinical Therapeuatic Effects Observation of ANER DIAN on Irrigation and Disinfection of Root Canal Therapy at once

目的 :评价安尔碘冲洗消毒根管 ,即刻根充的临床效果 .方法 :131颗需做根管治疗的患牙 ,随机分为 2组 ,试验组用 0 2 %安尔碘消毒根管 ,对照组用 3%双氧水和生理盐水联合冲洗根管并用甲酚甲醛液 (FC)消毒根管 .结果统计分析显示 ,总有效率两组均无显著性差异 ,临床症状改善方面实验组优于对照组 .结论

Objective:TO evaluate clinical effects of ANER DIAN on root canal therapy at once.Methocls;131 teeth with root canal therapy collected from clinical patients were divided into two groups;experimental and control group.In experimental group 0 2% ANER DIAN was taken as irrigate agent and disinfectant drug in root canal therapy at once.While in control group 3% H 2O 2+0 9% NS and FC were used.Results:clinical theraeuatic effects evaluation indicated that there was no statistically signifcant difference of alteration of clinical synclromes after the administraion and the therapeuatie effect between experimental group and control group during the period of root canal.Conclasion:ANER DIAN could be taken as a kind of candidate drugs on irrigation and disinfection of root canal therapy at once.
