摘要
采用 1 ,2 -二氢 -2 -( 4-氨基苯基 ) -4 -[4 -( 4-氨基苯氧基 ) -苯基 ]-二氮杂萘 -1 -酮 ( A)、4 ,4′-二氨基二苯醚 ( B)、4 ,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷 ( C)为共缩聚二胺单体与对苯二甲酸进行共缩聚反应 ,制备共缩聚型聚酰胺 .当 A与 B或 C的物质的量比为 1 0 :0~ 5:5时 ,所得聚酰胺溶于强极性溶剂 ,在 NMP中的特性粘度为 0 .91~ 1 .4 3 d L/g.它们的玻璃化转变温度均高于 3 0 0℃ ,具有优异的耐热性能 ,在氮气中 5%的热失重温度为 4 50℃左右 ,并且在研究范围内与共聚二胺的结构及比例无关 .
Co-condensation type polyamides were prepared by using 1, 2-dihydro-2-(4-aminophenyl)-4-[4-(4-aminophenoxyl) phenyl]-phthalazin-1-one and 4,4′-diamino biphenyl ether of 4,4′-diamino biphenyl methane as the co-diamine monomers and aromatic diacid as the co-condensation monomer. The polyamides were observed to be soluble in strong polar solvents only when the molar ratio of 1, 2-dihydro-2- (4-aminophenyl)-4-[4-4-aminophenoxyl) phenyl]-phthalazin-1-one and 4,4′-diamino biphenyl ether or 4,4′-diamino biphenyl methane was 10:0-5:5. The intrinsic viscosity of soluble polyamides in NMP was observed to be 0.91-1.43 dL/g. The thermal decomposition temperature (5%) of soluble polyamides in N2 was observed to be about 450°C and almost independent of the structure and molar ratio of the co-diamine monomers studied.
