摘要
介绍了氧化淀粉改性脲醛树脂标签胶的制备方法，讨论了固含量、淀粉的用量和ｐＨ值对胶粘剂的各项指 标的影响，该胶粘剂适用于啤酒生产线上的高速贴标（３６０００只／小时）。它具有游离甲醛量低，初粘力强、 耐水性好和储存稳定等优点。
The preparative method of urea-formaldehyde resin label adhesive by oxidized starch is introduced. The effects of solide amount, starch dosage and pH value on the properties of the adhesive are discussed. The adhesive is suitable for sticking label on beer production line at a high speed(36000 b/h). Its advantages are low free formaldehyde content, good bonding strength, water-resistance and long storage stability.
