连铸结晶器内弯月面行为的实验研究和数值模拟

Numerical Model and Experimental Study of Meniscus in the Continuous Caster Mold

采用水模实验，以及电脑影像技术，在实验室里对连铸结晶器内钢液弯月面进行了模拟研究，对不同工艺条件下的钢液弯月面进行了数值模拟。

The meniscus in the continuous caster mold plays an important role in improvin g the surface quality of slab or billet. Based on a water model experiment, a st udy on the meniscus model in the continuous caster mold was carried out by mean s of a video tool on computer, and the meniscus was computed in different techn ical conditions.
