摘要
分析了结晶器铜管使用条件、制造工艺,得出结晶器铜管通钢量与冷却水流量、温度、水质及铜管制造质量等因素有关的结论。提出了相应的对策,使结晶器铜管平均通钢量从612t/支提高到1938t/支,效果良好。
This paper,by analyzing the operation conditions and manufacturing process of copper pipe mould, arrives at the conclusion that the quantity of steel passi ng through mould is related to the flow rate,temperature and quality of coo ling water, as well as the manufacturing quality of mould.Methods for raising t he quantity of steel passing through mould are presented.With the methods,the a verage quantity of steel passing through copper pipe mould increases from 612t/each pipe to 1938t/each pipe.
