摘要
本文研究了粉末冶金法制造的SiC_p/LYl2复合材料的超塑性,测定了热挤压态SiC_p/LYl2复合材料的拉伸、压缩m值,分析了工艺参数对超塑性的影响,确定了超塑性成形工艺参数,并初步分析了SiC_p/LYl2复合材料的显微结构和超塑性的关系。
The superplasticity of SiCp / LY12 composite manufactured by powder metallurgy method is investigated. The m values of tension and compression of SiCp/ LY12 composite in hot extrusion state are examined and the effect of technical parameters on superplasticity is analyzed, then the parameters of SPF are determined and the relationship between microstructure and superplasticity of SiCp / LY12 composite is analyzed in this paper.
