摘要
本文采用激光云纹法,在不同设备上研究了反挤压时,凸模挤入阶段的毛坯变形机构;在试验、分析结果的基础上,从塑性变形理论方面论证了冷挤压过程中的缓冲降压机理,并指出了机械式冷挤压机降低挤入瞬间冲击载荷的方向和途径,以及缓冲装置设计的一般原则。
The blank deformation during the terrace die extruding in inverted extrusion is studied by using laser moire method on different equipment. On the base of the experiment and analysis result, the buffer depressurization mechanism taken place during cold extrusion is evaluated by using plastic theory. The approach of using cold mechanical extruder to decrease instant impulsive load and the general design principle of the buffer device are pointed out.
