色质联用分析裂解气中NO、AsH_3、COS等杂质

摘要 采用GC/MS的单离子监测 (SIM)测定方式对裂解气中的NO、AsH3、COS杂质进行了测定 .针对CO、CO2 、乙烷、乙烯及N2 对NO测定的干扰 ,分别采取色谱分离和扣除响应的方法予以了排除 ,NO的检出限为 2 0 0nL/L ,回收率 :1 0 1 % The Singel Ion Monitor(SIM) way of GC/MS has been used for the determination of NO、AsH 3、COS in pyrolysis gas.The interference of CO、CO 2、ethylene 、ethane and N 2 which effect the determination of NO was excluded by the method of chromatography seperation and deducting respond.The detection limit of NO was 200*!nL/L and its recovery was 101%.Other impurity's detection limits was between 15*!nL/L and 50*!nL/L and the recoveries was between 90% and 120%.
