中国水中优先控制污染物黑名单的确定

Determination of Black List of China's Priority Pollutants in Water

本文从我国工业污染源废水排放和环境水质污染严重的实际出发,研究了筛选水中优先控制污染物的五条原则,并在此基础上提出了中国水中优先控制污染物黑名单,计68种,其中有毒有机污染物占58种。

The paper proposes the black list of 68 priority pollutants involving 58 toxic organic pollutants, on account of the practice of discharge wastewater from industrial pollution sources and serious pollution of environmental water quality in our country. studies 5 basic principles of selecting the priority pollutants, and then recommends to implement 48 priority pollutants in short term.
