摘要 本工作在溶液培养条件下,研究了铝对马尾松针叶叶绿素含量、叶绿素吸收光谱、光合作用和叶绿体甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶活性的影响。 The effects of Al stress on photosynthesis and transpiration in Masson pine were studied in this report. It showed that the Al toxicity decreased photosynthesis and increased transpiration. Further results showed Al decreased chlorophyll contents in needles, reduced the activities of GAP; therefore, aluminum could influence photosynthesis by damaging chloroplast membranes, decreasing chlorophyll contents and inhibiting some enzyme activities.
