摘要
本文通过对重庆较有代表性的中性紫色土地区不同浓度Cd、Cu、Pb、As对水稻根系酶活性的影响研究,揭示了水稻根系脱氢酶、过氧化物酶受抑制与产生抗性的过程。研究结果表明,除Cu外,其余元素对脱氢酶、过氧化物酶都呈不同程度的抑制作用,且均以脱氢酶最为敏感。达到临界浓度时,两种酶的抑制率均为脱氯酶>过氧化物酶。因此选定脱氢酶为指标确定重金属临界浓度可能更为适宜。
The influences of different concentration of Cd, Cu, Pb and As on enzymatic activity of rice roots in the neutral violet soils were studied and the results showed that the peroxidase and dehydrogenase undergo a processes of inhibition and producing resistance. The critical concentration of Cd, Cu, Pb and As have been figured out based on the turning points of inhibit ion and the producing resistance peaks of the peroxidase and dehydrogenase.
