为了搞好素质教育 ,专业教师必须具备较高的素质 ,在完成专业教学的同时 ,通过渗透教育提高学生的文化、心理、思想和道德素质。专业课应该由封闭型向开放型转化 ,消减重复内容 ,增加实践课时 ,多设选修课 ,拓宽学生的专业知识面 。
