Based on the requirements of modern scientific and technological progress as well as social and economic development,the paper puts froward that informational quality-oriented education is of greal significance in training and cultivating original human resources.The writer analyses the denotation of informational quality,function and the relationship with the cultivation of creative beings.In the end,some measures,directed at informational quality-oriented education,which the library is supposed to take,is proposed.
